• We will meet with you to determine the overall scope of your project and discuss your individual needs. Then we will provide an accurate estimate on the design costs, and overview of the suggested project involvement from Crest.

Foodservice Equipment Layout Design:

• We will provide at minimum a scalable equipment layout plan to be used as a construction document to aid in the space allocation of your kitchen equipment.

Coordination with Owner, Architect, and General Contractor:

• The Crest design team will work with you and your team of builders, architect, engineer, and general contractor to ensure an accurate design and well-coordinated work flow throughout the project.

Equipment Specifications:

• We will provide equipment specifications with each item broken down into a detailed description (including all options and accessories). We’ll also provide budget pricing and a book of equipment cut sheets (with in-depth information on each item to be provided).
  

Equipment Cost Analysis & Value Engineering:

• Crest can provide budget pricing to aid in the bidding process or we can provide detailed pricing breakdownsof each line item to be provided by Crest. We can also assist in value engineering to be sure your project stays within your budget (so you receive the lowest possible price on all your equipment).
  

Electrical & Plumbing Rough-In Drawings:

• If desired we can provide detailed easy to read electrical and plumbing rough-in drawings to assist your architect, engineer, general contractor, and construction trades in the accurate placement of the utilities required for your facility.
  

Equipment Utility Schedule:

• Crest can provide a detailed utility schedule with the individual requirements for each item broken down into a matrix with all the information needed to determine the total and individual loads and requirements for each piece of equipment.

Interior Design:

• Crest can help bring your creative ideas for theme and décor to life. We can help determine the proper fabrics, wall covering, lighting, flooring, and casework that fit the needs of a commercial establishment with the style and flare you have in mind. Have a more industrial site to design? We have the knowledge to aid you in the selection of the right wall and floor finishes required by your facility. We will recommend safe, easily cleanable, and durable surfaces to complete your design. Our interior design department has thousands of samples from preferred commercial finish manufacturers to allow the customer to see the final finished product to compare and match with the overall design. We will provide a detailed plan to show your casework manufacturers, finish carpenters, upholsterers, and furniture makers and ensure an accurate and stylish interior design. We will also provide a color board or set of samples with each finish to be compared side by side.

Elevation, Isometric, & Detail Drawings:

• Crest will provide elevations and detail drawings of selected pieces or areas to give you a clear idea of the final look of your design. We will also provide these drawings as needed to obtain quotes and shop drawings for custom equipment as needed by the manufacturer to ensure each piece is designed accurately and meets the needs of the kitchen staff.

3D Renderings, Hand Sketches, & Color Detail Drawings:

• Crest can provide you with rough sketches, hand colored pictures, or photorealistic 3D Renderings in order to convey the essence of our design to you the customer, your committee, board members, or investors. You will have an idea of the feel of your project before ever breaking ground. We can also assist your architect in the creation of their 3D modeling and rendering to ensure an accurate portrayal of your facility.

Job Site Visits and Supervision of Construction:

• Crest’s designers will be at your job site from the beginning to ensure design accuracy and coordination between the architect, engineer, and trades. We also have a trusted installation crew to hook-up all your kitchen equipment properly and quickly.

Project Management:

• We will dedicate a project manager to work with you to ensure efficient flow of construction, from the conceptto design phase into pricing and construction. Your project manager will be at your job site as needed to ensure coordination between the trades and ensure efficient work flow from the beginning of your project to opening day.

Equipment Supply:

• We have the resources and professional staff to meet any design or supply need you’ll have. Our experienced sales and specifications team will supply the right equipment to match the needs of your unique kitchen.

Warehousing:

• Crest offers secure warehousing to ensure your equipment ready when you need it.

Delivery to Jobsite:

• Crest can deliver and set in place every piece of equipment.

Installation:

• Crest has an experienced team of knowledgeable mechanics and technicians to ensure your equipment is set-up, installed, and working properly and efficiently. We can save valuable time and money in the final phase of the project. Because our installers are certified and trained in most of the equipment we have to offer, our work will always be covered under warranty to ensure no unexpected maintenance costs down the road.

Start-up:

• Crest offers start-up services on each piece of equipment to ensure it is in good working order before opening day.

Training:

• The Certified Food Service Professionals at Crest can instruct you and your staff on how to efficiently use and maintain each piece of equipment.
